How To Book

Birthday party questions? Email your personal party coordinator Miss Beth: beth@brookfieldcenterforthearts.com Register for your party below! You will receive an personal phone call from Miss Beth after booking your party. Please include any special requests in the comment section during your registration.

Participation Waivers

Party Guests MUST bring a signed waiver to participate in the party! All children attending a birthday party at BCA will need to return the waiver below to the studio when coming for a party. Please have parents fill it out before the party and give it to the party instructor! Waivers will be emailed to you when your event is booked. Thank you!

OTHER INFORMATION

Gold and Platinum Parties need to be booked 30 days in advance. Payment is due in full at time of booking for all parties. Final headcount is due one week prior to party date. If attendance limit exceeds party package, $50 (plus an additional fee per guest-package dependent) will be added to cover the cost of a party assistant and favors.
