At BCA, while we strive to develop our talented performers, we are also dedicated to creating the leaders of tomorrow!
Honors Academy is the most prestigious program at BCA, allowing students to further their dance training, while providing the opportunity to grow in leadership and give back to the community! Honors Academy fosters an environment for students to lead, learn, and excel.
We are tremendously proud of our 2017 – 2018 Honors Academy for their efforts to give back to our community and commitment to service. Their hard work benefited the Make A Wish Organization, Salvation Army, The Children’s Hospital, and The Ronald McDonald House.
In addition to their extensive service work, our 2017 – 2018 students completed a class project focusing on Anti Bullying and how they can be the leaders of change at their schools, and in and around our community. As the grand finale to this project, our Honors students performed an Anti Bullying themed routine choreographed by Director Mallory Asplund in our Spring 2018 recital.
BCA is grateful for the opportunity to support young leaders in our community, and our 2017 – 2018 Honors Academy blew us away with their dedication to community service, academics, and our BCA Core Values!
